Sliding Fee Scale
The Community Health Center of Franklin County is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
Discounts are available for all services based on household income and family size.
The goal is to make needed healthcare affordable.
How to Qualify
Insured and uninsured patients are able to access our services at a discounted rate. All forms of insurance accepted, including: Mass Health, Medicare, and private insurance. Assistance is available in applying for these programs.

Our certified Health Navigators are able to provide assistance to anyone living in the Pioneer Valley, not just our patients.
